By Kenneth Paul – Abia State.
When the contestants for Bbnaija, 2021 were introduced to the viewers, Whitemoney immediately struck a chord and eventually will move on to become a fan’s favourite. Born Hazel Oyeze Onou in Enugu State on the 6th July 1992. The story of this hardworking entrepreneur has not ceased to amaze Nigerian youths.
Whitemoney is cool-headed, jovial, and a humble dude who one can say possesses the true spirit of the average Nigerian youth who will strive against all odds to Surmount the numerous challenges of the Nigerian state especially with an administration that believes the average Nigerian youth is lazy
Maybe the fact that his mother was a food seller can be attributed to his belief in hard work and skillset as the most viable tool to a finically stable lifestyle.
Whitemoney can be best be described as a Jack of All Trades and has shown proficiency in his mastering of same when viewers saw him giving professional and artistically inclined haircuts to fellow housemates most people thought they had seen it all, but more lay in wait. And when it became obvious, he was a better cook and handled the kitchen duties effortlessly some male viewers could no longer hold the awe of this amazing young entrepreneur.
The way another housemate by the name Pere took the obvious jealousy and unsportsmanlike behaviour when he asked Whitemoney not to cook again came as a rude shock to Whitemoney’s fans though Whitemoney will only shrug it off as all about the competition when they realized they would not meet up to the demands of the kitchen the same law was reversed, scenes of Pere pulling his belt and sending threats to Whitemoney seemed like a climax to the pent up emotions and fears of his fellow contestants whom now see him as a visible threat to their success in the house.
One thing that they were late to realize was that for a young man of 29 who had been both an Okada man, a generator repairer, and a salesman interacting with a different set of people and handling them had to be an ingrained part of him to actually succeed in that field and people like Pere will not even be counted as opposition instead Pere has unknowingly played the role of a bully and in a show where those outside determine the fate of those to stay in the house it is almost in affirmative to conclude that Pere days on the show has run out.———————————————-
